Gaining work experience is one of the benefits of the internship. Meeting, communicating and working with new teachers helps in getting wide experience in this domain. Moreover, this internship develops some skills related to teaching such as : communication with the pupils and listening, which are very important in this profession.
Eventually besides the andvantages there comes some challenges of the internship. One that troubles the new specialists in this domain is lack of time. While planning stages of the lesson and the activities, the time is drafted per each minute but when the lesson starts, there arrouses tiny problems or difficulties to be solved and it takes time. As a result, the majority of activities are left and only a half of what was scheduled is passed through. Furthermore, while explaining the new material during the lesson and taking into consideration the time limit, communication with pupils becomes poor. Thus, the interaction between pupils and teacher isn't productive and the expectations are not satisfied.
In conclusion, the internship in Moldovan schools is both helpfull and challenging. It gives the opportunity to the young specialists to develop certain skills and abilities and also helps to overcome the drawbacks that are to be met on this way. Nevertheless, a positive thinking and hard work will help to succeed.
