I would like to share with you my feelings about this formidable book. I couldn't take my eyes from these pages....It is very impressive. I will reccomend everybody to read this masterpiece. I have a feeling that it has  some shades from a known work "Faust". I saw some similarities in meanings. But, it is my point of view.
I was happy to read more more about this reamrcable name of Dorian Gray. I saw that not only me was interested in his personality but Lord Henry, too. Lord Henry was living a life by himself, not paying attention to anybody. He was relying on his own personality and he wanted to impose his morals to Dorian. He changed Dorian's mind about the life and the force of it. He compelled Dorian to take advantage of his beaty and youth. Dorian was about to believe when he met Sibyl. After some time, his mind didn't belong to him. Due to him, Sibyl commited suicide and Lord Henry convinced him that it wasn't his fault. This was a strat point to move on and to enjoy life. Only Basil wanted to awake Dorian's feelings, but his power wasn't enough. Dorian behave strangely. He began to see changes in his portait and finally he closed it in the schoolroom. Nobody was allowed to see what was going on with the portait.
It is an interresting way of writing a book....all the characters are very interesting in such a way... I like the book....I will reread it when i will have time...only to refresh these feelings of horripilation))

I've started reading "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. It is an interesting one for the first sight. I've read only chapter I but i found some names about this novel. Lord Henry Wotton - who's a rich man and who used to smoke opium-tainted cigarettes. He discusses with Basil Hallward, who's a painter. Basil drew a beautiful postret of an unknown man. This man on the picture is considered to be an ideal. Lord Henry is surprised that Basil doesn't want to exhibit it to the Grosvenor. Basil is very proud of his work. He did his best while working  hard. The name of the man who's on the picture is Dorian Gray. Basil didn't want to say his name. He never tell anybody the names of his portrets. It was his business and nobody asked him about it. Only Lord Henry was interested to find out the name.
What will happen next...I'll tell you next time...

Hello! Summer vacation is comming but i haven't posted anything concerning Jane Eyre. It's a little bit dissapointed but i try to recover some points.
This book was more interesting than the previous books. I think so because this time i found the charcater, who was a woman, a strong one. She enspired me power and will. At the very beginning i understood that this kind girl will achieve her goals despite of the problems and people who will not support her. She did it though it was a very hard way. I consider that at the moment when she left Mr. Rochester was her weakness. At that moment i couldn't believe my eyes what i was reading. I didn't expect such turn of events. I was angry at her, but my hope didn't let me down. She came back to him. Love was stornger than any feelings she had. She was an example of a woman at that time. Not so many women could do such things during the life, but she did.
I don't know if i understood the real message of this book, but one thing that i realized is that love for somebody can break all the walls. It doesn't matter how you love, whom you love and when,  what is important is to come back to your beloved no matter when. Be proud of your feelings and it will give you power to achieve everything in this world.
